Structure and Officers

The Board of the European Bone Marrow Working Group consists of the Chairperson, the Chairperson-Elect, the Past Chairperson, the Secretary/Treasurer, and the USA Representative.

During the final year of the Secretary/Treasurer’s term, a successor is appointed as Secretary/Treasurer-Elect, who may attend Board meetings in that capacity.

The Board forms the following committees:

1. The Nominations Committee, consisting of the Chairperson, Chairperson Elect, Past Chairperson.
2. The Scientific Committee, consisting of all members of the Board and  the local organizer(s) of the scientific meetings.
3. The Audit Committee is appointed by the General Meeting and consists of at least two (2) individuals who may not be members of the Board.
   The current Audit Committee members are Prof. Dr. Falko Fend and Prof. Dr. Hans Michael Kvasnicka.
