The European Bone Marrow Working Group (EBMWG), founded in 1993, is a scientific association, formally registered in Utrecht, Netherlands.
The EBMWG aims to advance bone marrow haematopathology by the
- organization of scientific meetings, workshops, tutorials, and seminars
- promotion of scientific collaboration among group members
- scientific and educational cooperation with allied societies
- exchange of ideas and the dissemination of knowledge worldwide
- integration of relevant data from allied sciences
- stimulation of interest in research and the improvement of technology and methodology
